It’s better not to get involved

I have been using the service for about 7 months. Don’t like it at all. Very expensive with mediocre quality. It connects from the twelfth or even more times. The real speed is so-so-from 150 Kbit/s. Unlimited pricing is very expensive. If you open more than 4 Windows, many of them can’t be operated on — an error POPs up. And this is despite the fact that I am the only user of the channel. You can only contact the operator online via the Internet, i.e. you can only complain about the Internet not working using the Internet! You can call the city number in Kiev (paid!), or the number of the provider, but this is really impossible. The only plus is mobility, but other operators also offer it, and the rates there are much better.

Their support team reminds me of my bank's support team, waiting on the phone for over an hour is unbearable!
