It has spoilt over the last 5 years

I opened my first account with them 5 years ago. At that time rates were better, hours were more convenient, and service was quicker. After that they raised charges 3 times! Also they changed hours. Now they close one hour earlier and I have to rush to get to a teller after work. Also they have fewer tellers now. So it takes more than 30 minutes to get in and out. That’s too long! I have other things to do after work! The only plus I see is that their charges are still the lowest in the city.
