Issue to my avail promo

I just load my globe number in my gcash app and i select Go+99 promo and comes with 8gb of data all sites and free 8 gb of data to selected apps. Then i received my load but it only comes with the 8gb data all sites and I did not have the free 8gb data to selected app User's recommendation: Dont load in gcash.
