My internet went out about 2 pm friday 16 th 2021 july. I called left my number to be called back when it gets fixed. It is now july. Saturday 17 2021 and I still have not heard from them. I'm pissed cause you cant talk to a human. I would like to see my bill pro rated. Especially since I work from home and can not use my internet so I'm being docked my pay as long as its down.
