BHE is a 3.7 Billion dollar business, a company of such monstrosity having a 2-star rating in customer service. This shows they play their monopoly exclusively to their own advantage. Every customer paying by credit card is charged an additional fee to use the convenience of the card. With millions of customers, one can only imagine how they are raping the public in these fees and gaining millions of dollars in just fees alone. Perhaps a petition drive should be started with our federal government to look into the monopoly.
