I AM TRYING TO DO OUR TAXES, AND MY WIFE HAS A 1099-R FORM THAT SHE RECEIVED WITHOUT BOX 7 HAVING A CODE. MY H&R BLOCK SOFTWARE SAYS I NEED A CODE IN THIS BOX BEFORE I CAN CONTINUE. HER ACCOUNT NUMBER IS 030660****25377 OH. HER NAME IS LINDA J MYGRANT PLEASE SEND ME A CORRECTED COPY OF THIS 1099-R TO SEND TO THE IRS. THANK YOU. WOULD YOU IN THE MEANTIME TELL ME THE CODE SO I CAN DO OUR TAXES. THANK YOU, LARRY MYGRANT
