Now that Tesla is in the forefront of Solar City I no longer have access to any information about my panels and their production. It is all in the dark. The website is a sales platform with no customer service available. when I call I get recorded voices telling me to go to the USELESS website. We invested a huge amount of money (for us retired people) to purchase the solar panels and I am so unhappy with Tesla I will be hating the name forever. A business that has zero customer service is just a toy for a fat billionaire.
