I purchased an automatic pro diver with a neoprene type strap and have worn the watch infrequently. The watch works well but the strap has done a clean split about and inch from the buckle and the strap appears to need a jeweler or professional to replace it. The band is sold out on the web site and would cost almost as much to purchase as the watch. I tried to customer chat on the web but it does not work it says I decline terms. Cheap strap no customer service. User's recommendation: Watch may be fine but to repair is very costly. Warranty is iffy.
