Inept repair person and lack of response from company and indifferent customer support.

First called for repair of my gas Thermador oven on December 31, 2019. After 4 trips and $559 bill it was declared repaired. Not only is it not repaired but now 2 gas burners on cooktop that were used to access oven shoot up flames and gas odor fills the kitchen! When I called customer service and repair to report and ask for resolution Tim was a bit put out to have to deal with my issue. BOTTOM LINE NEVER BUY THERMADOR User's recommendation: NEVER BUY THERMADOR.
