I live in Oregon where the indoor dining ban was lifted above 2 months ago yet Panda Express still only does takeout or delivery. For Mothers Day I was looking forward to my favorite Hot Fire Chicken. I live rural and by the time I get it home its cold and the other possibility is to eat this rice dish in the cab of our pickup. With the 2.2 star rating Id consider opening up any avenues to make money. I seriously doubt that their nonsense policies generate much in dividends to their stock holders.
