Incredible..almost 1 year and I didn’t receive my refund

I bought a ticket on 09/19/20.. it's cost around $300 and due to Covid 19 it was cancelled...since that date I was waiting for $100(the only option that Kiwi give to me). Never receive a mail..I do not recommend this web.. I can call any person..they doesn't have call center.. unbelievable! User's recommendation: Extremely not recommend.
