INCORRECTLY REPORTED A MISSED PAYMENT ON MY CREDIT REPORT AT ALL MAJOR CREDIT BUREAUS, CAUSING MY CREDIT SCORE GO DOWN A HUGE NUMBER IN POINTS, AND I NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT! AND FAILS TO CORRECT IT!

Connect Financial Solutions is failing to correct my credit information after incorrectly listing a missed payment against my credit profile at major credit bureaus. They are failing to correct this information by not removing this negative information, even after I have disputed this with Experian a few weeks ago, where they advised me that it's only the creditor who can correct this information now. I have provided them with all the proof, my proof of payments, bank statements, screenshots of how negatively this has impacted my score, detailing the missed payment, I have sent them graphs detailing how this has dropped my credit score by huge number and this for someone who never missed one single payment in his life! What bothers me the most of my whole Customer Experience with your company is the fact that you did not once apologize for this mistake, your company just responded with an email requesting me to send you my credit report listing this information, no empathy, I feel that you don't care about me as your customer and i can't wait for my credit agreement with you to come to an end. Russells really should start checking in with their customers if this is the way you treat your customers, because the service I received from the Halt Road Branch in Elsies River was TOP CLASS! Based on the way your company are handling this tells me a lot about your company and how they handle my important information.style=" There is no room for errors in this line of work for, this is peoples financial goals you stop them from achieving and have them declined by other creditors because of mistakes like this.st You need to really start looking at the people who works in your customer services department who can't deal with your customers queries and show no empathy towards them, not resolving customers issues leaving it unresolved and leads to a loyal customer to reach out to you in this way. I would like someone to look into this matter again and please fix this mess the right way. If this information is not corrected on my next credit report I am going to the Credit Ombudsman and media with this matter to make other people aware of this and encourage them to always check their credit information every month to check for mistakes like this. And please provide me with feedback on the steps you are taking to resolve the issue. Thank you!
