Incorrect sizing on shoe

I called CS. Rep had her talking points; never strayed. Shoe says 9 1/2 but it's barely 8 1/2. No replacement available. I don't believe I should pay a restocking fee (or shipping fee) for a shoe that is obviously mislabeled. I have over 20 pairs of Easy Spirit - I live in walking shoes!! I would hate it if Easy Spirit lost it's quality and customer satisfaction creed. I will return this shoe at my cost, but I will think twice about dealing with ES again.
