incorrect order was sent out & then they never fixed the issue!

I placed an order january 29th and received my order on february 16th. To my surprise I noticed the pens I received had another business's info on them. I called immediately and let them know the error. They told me they would send me out a new order with my business info on them, and I would be receiving those within two weeks. It is now march 7th and I still do not have my order!!! I just got off the phone with another rep and they said the new order was never set out. This is ridiculous and at this point I am livid. This is unacceptable. I will no longer be giving national pen my business. I hope that for the third time I do receive my correct order... I have yet to find out!!!
