Incorect delivery status – where is my parcel!!

Your system said my parcel was delivered, it wasn't. It should have been signed for so the driver should have made contact with me before saying it was successfully delivered. I was in the garden so didn't hear the doorbell. After getting a text saying the parcel was delivered I looked for it and couldn't find it. I cannot get through on your web chat so that is why I am emailing you. Your customer service is utter appalling!!
