Incompetent regarding flight scheduling

Gate 1 is incompetent in flight scheduling. Orientation w tour manager for Japan will be @ 7pm but flight will arrive @ 11pm. We paid Gate 1 to do their basic job; Schedule flight time coordinates w tour orientation & not arrival in a forgien country @ night w no pick which we prepaid for the pickup.Gate 1 doesn't seem to rectify their mistake. Gate 1 keeps stalling stating they r working on it. It takes more than 2 wks to change a flight schedule. Avoid Gate 1 fr now on.
