Incompetent coinbase visa credit card support

I had a valid charge rejected for no reason, and when I contacted support they just sent me useless replies. I am truly amazed at their total and insensitive incompetence.
I don't know if they speak English or if they are too lazy to read my letters. It is frightening to be confronted with such a wall of incompetence. Their helpline has hung up and is no longer answering.
There is something TOTALLY wrong with Coinbase.
