In regards to automatic pay from my bank

My last easy pay did not go thru due to my debit card being stolen. I called so they can pull the last payment from my bank next month. I also addressed that one of the three rings I bought the stone fell off on my first wearing it was not happy about that. Now Im afraid to wear the other two I bought. If a manager could call me back in regards.
