I’m very upset
Don't remember exactly date i made order for my daughter 18 birthday around middle of December 2019 didn't receive her gifts....... what i was very not happy about and she was very disappointed "was her 18 birthday I'm from Europe so for us 18 birthday are most important birthday in your life. She was expecting big order from Pandora if you check this was big order.....I try track that order spend several hours on phone waiting several not minutes hours on HOLD .Driving if you check weather that time...check with Post office this what Pandora service suggests then they send me to UPS after calling to Pandora service again i just give up...........what more I can do when Pandora didn't ignore me when I shopping at stores and spend thousands $ my older daughter spending thousands $.........Finally i called Bank for help and God thank they're not ignorant they did file dispute but you guys come up with delivery time on March 18 2020 "WOW " trust me I was not shuck after what I go thru with you guys You delivered me a order after 10 weeks??????Bank sent me paper with some SIKON COVID??????What is that?????????i think I should get a lawyer on that how much you get on my life stress ......... User's recommendation: Be aware you can have big problems after you make orders.
