I’m canceled but I’m not refunded

Order ID: 103107****23529 Order time: 21:27 Jun. 17 2019 It will not be shipped after more than a week. Therefore, 6/27 cancellation order after that. There is no sound. Even after more than 20 days, it will not be refunded. I just want me to refund. Thank you.
