If you order it, it WON’T come and they’ll take your money anyway…

I ordered a presentation jacket and a polo shirt from them online. Big mistake!! The order was "processed," and, despite charging shipping for the order of 233.00 dollars, the order seemed to be completed. Later that evening, I went online to check the status of the order as I always do when ordering online. That's when the "fun" began. Despite my mailing address being online in my account, they were sending the order to the WRONG STATE!! I also checked my bank account to find they debited my account without even shipping the items!! I checked again, and they stated they had NO ORDERS ASSOCIATED WITH MY ACCOUNT. EVER!! I phoned them the next day, and they told me it was a computer glitch. They offered to send the items ordered, BUUUT would not refund the money that was, in effect, fraudulently obtained for services not rendered. They stated the in order to fix this, I would have to contact my bank to have the money "unfrozen" that they had a hold on. You see they had lost any reference or invoice for the transaction. So I HAD TO FIX IT! Banks don't understand unfreezing "whoopsie" transactions. The only remedy is either report id theft or place a stop payment order on the transaction amount, and the bank will charge a fee for this while investigating it for months on end. Cute. I used to like Duluth and they used to be reliable and have quality merchandise, and I have ordered clothing from them in the past which they obviously have no record of. No THEY are history for me. I would have had a more honest transaction buying fake Rolex watches on the streets of Manhattan. At least I would have a product in hand. This company is completely shady, and like dealing with all criminal organizations, when things go bad YOU have to pay for the cleanup.
