If you buy a Vermont Castings stove don’t expect any help or customer service from them. You cannot reach them. *** poor.

Encore wood stove access cover is poorly designed so that it is not secure and will eventually begin falling out. The company will not help remedy this problem. Be aware. User's recommendation: Buy another company's stove that has customer service.
