Original review updated by user Oct 24, 2020 The flight I bought through Cheapoair.com was cancelled because of COVID-19. They sent me a full refund confirmation after they tried not to refund me blaming the "airline policy", which I proved wrong. The confirmation stated that the refund was going to be made within 60 days. It's been almost 4 months, and the refund has yet to be made. Instead, they call me every-week and say that they are still waiting to hear from the airline. Sometimes they say it'll take a couple of weeks, sometimes they say 1 to 3 months, the last call they decided to say it'll take 5 months for the refund to come. I'm keeping all the voicemails and emails from them. I'm planning to join the lawsuit effort mentioned by one of the reviewers here. User's recommendation: Never use this service.
