I AM VERY ANNOYED THAT I BELIEVED I HAD CANCELLED THIS MEMBERSHIP AND NOW FOUND YOU HAVE BILLED ME FOR ANOTHER MONTH, I WILL CANCEL AGAIN. YOU ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE TO USE THEIR LOCAL LIBRARY DOESN'T COST A THING.
