I called The Container Store....customer service line today....1-88*-266-****. I waited about 30 minutes on hold. While on hold, I started reading numerous complaints about The Container Store not answering customer calls....customers say they cannot reach the company to speak with representatives. So I started writing a similar complaint. Guess What....a representative answered....she was friendly and she handled my concerns very well. I deleted the complaint I was writing....and I just finished writing this review to help others. This epidemic may be slowing things down. But please...STAY ON THE LINE...your call...will be answered. User's recommendation: Please stay on the phone and wait for a representative to answer.
