I wanted to delay the starting date of my new subscription. I waited and waited for many days and many many minutes (a total of 1 1/2 hours) for a CHAT response. Not a single response morning, noon, or night. I finally cancelled my subscription. My daughter gave me a year's subscription to Bouqs and I also ordered from Bouqs. I was very pleased with my bouquets from my daughter. I wanted to support Bouqs and its farmers. But my May arrangement arrived and most of the flowers were dead or didn't open. The bouquet consisted of sunflowers, roses, astroemeria, carnations, statice and a green filler. The bouquet is nothing like the picture shows. The sunflowers are small and have not opened. The roses basically looked dead and two of the white astroemeria fell apart. I am an experienced flower arranger and know how to handle flowers so, with hope, I snipped the ends, fed the flowers and prayed. It was hopeless. It's also part of the virus problem because the bouquets were not delivered by Fed Ex on the day specified so when the bouquet came, the flowers were wilted or dead. Bouqs gave my daughter 20% off her order but, in fact, she should never have been charged at all. User's recommendation: I would not recommend Bouqs at this point.
