I will have to file a cause of action along with proof in small claims, and then serve them notice. Good news is that the State of California has a step by step tutorial for filing causes of action. Looks like suing is the only way to deal with them. I will provide the recipe to sue quickbooks once I have resolved my claim. They can claim no complaints, because the link is broken and doesn't work. Why am I not surprised. Also, if you use Quickbooks Live Bookkeeper, beware, there are no numbers or emails for you to contact them, only through the web interface, and they can call you. It is a nightmare. User's recommendation: If you already know Quickbooks, its works, but learning another software is a great idea. Do not use their professional services.
