I recently bought a jumper from Kathmandu Fountangate shopping centre which the feather is coming out from every where and doesn’t look clean at all also its getting emtpy.

I have contacted fountangate store to ask their advice and possible way to get my problem fixed, the girl who answered the first time after hearing my concern hanged up on me the second time I tried no one picked up the third time the guy is telling me it's totally normal the feather is coming out even tho I keep emphasizing how its severe and getting empty still keep telling me if the feather doesn't come out it won't keep you warm which is totally nonsense and stupid.. I want an answer please contact me SAP!!!1
