i play and have won at the table but when i leave the table my account balance is the same as i started

i played on three occasions today and at the table i won about [protected] but on checking my balance it was exactly the same ammount as i started with, it is not the first time this has happened and im sure that when i loose that it is always taken from my balance, i regularly play and purchace chips so im very annoyed that if i win i dont get the chips
