I need to get a return shipping label and I can’t get it from the websites or by phone.

I ordered sneakers for my grandson and they don't fit. I need to return them and it is not easy. There was no packing slip or return label in the box. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and the credit card company to which I charged them to dispute the charge. User's recommendation: Don't order from them.
