I made a order and a few days later seller removed his account!

The seller took my money then closed out his art fire account couple days later, now I want a refund but can't get art fire to email me back or even give me a refund for my order #2653706, which will never come. I don't know what to do! I have emailed art fire support every day for the last two weeks about a refund. They just don't reach back out to me. What do I have to do to get my refund???
