I have subscribed and cannot get my home local news live but was getting it

I am mad because I was getting my local Memphis area news on CBS but now I am getting local news live from another area. I DO NOT care about this other live local news. I mainly subscribed to get my home local area news and other programming live on CBS. Please help with this problem.
