I have not received refund for return of bata shoes on 29th march 2018

I have received sms / call from Bata informing me that Bata had processed my Refund on 31st July 2018 But after 12 month also, I have still not received Refund, I have Returned Bata Shoes through Blue Dart Air Way Bill No.[protected] dated 29.03.2018 It is more than 12 months, I waited for Refund So I hereby request you to process my Refund, without further delay from your side
