When so many soups are offered, half should be vegetarian, as anyone can have these. Also, some of the vegetarian soups are extremely spicy. Soups do not need an excess of spice to be tasty, plus spice can always be added by an individual if not hot enough, but it can't be taken away! I have walked out of the restaurant a few times lately, after seeing the poor selections that have been offered. I've been going to these restaurants all of the country, for over four decades and am very disappointed. It was my "go to" place. I now have to find another restaurant that offers vegetarian soups.
