I had a good experience.

We think we has a very good experience with this company. We bought a used Dodge from a local Subaru dealer who also sold us a warranty for Warranty Solutions. About 2 years after purchase while on a trip we started having problems with an engine running very rough, lost all power and the service engine soon light came on. We pulled over and called for a tow truck which took us to a Dodge dealer in Las Vegas about 20-25 miles away. the next day the dealer called and told us there was a problem with a valve in the engine which broke and put *** in a piston. The told us since it was an internal engine part Warranty Solution wanted oil change records and would need to inspect the vehicle to make sure it was not something we did to it.. Since we were on a trip we thought this would be an issue and this is were the runaround would start. We called Warranty Solution and Sally there very politely explained the need for them to get our records and also explained what would be covered and some reasons why it might not be covered. She then gave an example of an overheated engine and why if you continued to drive with the problem and cause more damage that it might not be covered. We understood this and did not think this was the case as we did immediately pull over (had to be less than a minute after the light came on) since the vehicle seemed to just lose all its power at once. Sally gave us email information for us to supply our records. We then called grease monkey who always did our oil changes and they emailed the records for me to Warranty Solutions. Sometime late in the afternoon that day the dealer called and said that Warranty Solutions received the records and that were ok and that Warranty Solutions was sending someone to look at the engine. Sometime the following afternoon the dealer called and said an investigator was just there and that Warranty Solutions had already authorized them to replace the engine. They told me that I would have to pay for some things like tune up stuff and filters since there were maintenance items and also have to pay my deductible. The writer at the dealer was surprised how fast they authorized the claim and was also surprised the warranty company did not ship an engine to them as he said most warranty companies supply their own parts. my car was out of the shop in 5 days and this was for a super major repair. The dealer and Warranty Solutions even worked together so that I would not have to pay for a rental vehicle out of my own pocket. While it was very upsetting and frustrating that the engine had a problem on a trip, at least we were able to get a engine replaced which I would call fast. The dealer and warranty company worked together great. This makes me think some of these other reviews are not real or there were other problems that the people are not telling.
