Been calling for over a week, finally got a gentleman who told me the system is down call back tomorrow. Then asked what the problem was I told him that my NuWave Prima was getting too hot overheated my countertop and burnt me and he said oh yeah you have to call back tomorrow. I asked to speak to a supervisor he said no problem then hung up on me. So I sit here would a no-good NuWave that all I want to do is return and get my money back and no one is helping me. User's recommendation: Very bad customer service.
