Being new to real estate investing and naive in the ways of protecting a new business, I didn't realize that a Utah LLC only costs $72.00. YES charged me $193. Granted, I get access to webinars and weekly videos. But I will definitely not use them to create any future business entities. At a second Rules of Renovation seminar, where we learned that the cost of the Utah LLC is only $72, and you don't need the fancy binder and seals and certificates, several of the participants were discussing the fact that they, too, felt like they had been taken advantage of as new business entrepreneurs.
