I don’t think I will…they are all older and could never move their furniture

I had them last year to do 1 living room. I had just had surgery and I live alone. I could never move the furniture. The men were polite but informed me they don't move furniture. It was a couch, love seat, coffee table and 2 end tables. Really? Well i hope their "we don't move furniture" changes because they will lose alot of customers who were loyal customers!
