I have a gift certificate that I can not redeem. I enter the number on the certificate, it presents a series of pictures that I should match. I don't get it this was a gift certificate that my husband received. If I wanted to be on Jeopardy I would have auditioned. This is not the first time we have received a gift card that we could not redeem , What is going on?
