I do not want to renew my membership. Financially the COVID-19 has hit me hard. So I need to cancel my membership. Ive been trying to do it and its not allowing me to. User's recommendation: Make it easier for customers to cancel the membership. And make sure there’s an active phone number so we can contact and speak to someone at AMC.
