I didnt receive my watches

I order 2 watches my order number is #113456 and first the confirm my order and my payment(I pay by western union) and I receive a mail that my order will be shipped in a week. I wait, and never shipped so i contact Keisha and David they told me my order will be ship soon. I made my order the 9th of september and I havent receive any mail, I cant contact David or keisha. And live chat is disable. So didnt receive my watches, and dont have my money.
