I delivered packaged

I paid for two day shipping on my package and it was never received. I had to leave town without it and had no time to order elsewhere. This company purposely dodges any phone contact. It puts you in no contact with a live person. The chat option is robo. User's recommendation: Get a refund for your delivery and do not count on delivery dates.
