I work 7 days a week and have been for over 17 years...so when I overpay to go somewhere that is only open sometimes and have to wait over an hour when they said 45 mins it better be perfect. I have an onion allgery (onions have sulfa in them so the amount of people who have no idea who have deadly allgergis like my mom to sulfa) and when I went in I kept repeating that...no onions, no scallions, no green onions. The waitress was not trained...obviously did not use the cups or leave water which I had to keep waiting for. She brought out a dish loaded with onions...chopped stems. I kept asking if there onions because they could have been lemongrass. She took it back and kept repeating it's spring mix after 3 times and her asking the idiot chefs. Another employee came over and started giving me more ignorant answers. I just got yelled at today because when I eat out with my friend it is always my fault. I got no food the whole day and put the little piece of onion in my mouth and immedietly knew it was onion. My allergy has hospitalized me before. I have nor had time in months to report you but I will be reporting it before the statue of limitations is up. When I had to call from work the magnager was decent but adter 17 times of saying I am at work I have to go he kept insisting on getting more info. I have him my address and told him I block all numbers there but he could text I also gave him my email... nothing...no response from coorperate. You will be reported. I could have died. No manager came that day and I got yelled at because no one ever wants to eat with me and somehow it's my fault. I gave you every chance. You won't learn or care until someone dies in your restaraunt. I feel heafty fines and BBB and FDA complaints will do.
