I can’t get through to speak with a live person!!!
Hi! I have a claim and I am trying to find out information regarding it. When I call, it says my caller ID is blocked and it says it doesn't accept calls from a blocked number and hangs up. I have tried calling since last week.So today I tried calling from a different phone number, and it is still saying the same thing. Now, I am very angry. I feel like this is a way to avoid customers. My air conditioner unit broke down, and I have been without air since August 3, 2019.
