I cannot get in touch with anyone to trace an order?

I have never ordered from Dillards prior to this order. A pair of boots was ordered in the beginning of December as a gift, but has been a no show. I have called multiple times, been hung up on and disconnected when I was finally next. User's recommendation: Order elsewhere.
