I cancelled my hotel reservation before deadline, but didn’t get refunded.

SnapTravel is a fraud. I cancelled my reservation the day after I made reservation, before the deadline, but SnapTravel charged my credit card and didn't refund me. I called them almost 20 times with my cancellation number, but either is no answer or lies that they are sorry and they are going to refund me, never happened. SanpTravel is a fraud online agency. Be careful, don't do any reservation with them. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE SNAPTRAVEL, THEY ARE FRAUD!!
