I called d2h costomercare to get help. But they are repeatedly disconnecting me without helping me

I called customer care to know my monthly packages. They said that for 117 rupees you will get all the channels you had before. So I recharg 117 rupees. And now after recharging, I see that I have not received all the channels like before. Now I have called customer care and they say that I have recharged by mistake. I have their call record. What I do is wrong, they are all well understood. And I am a Bengali I can't speak without Bengali language. And they don't want to talk to anyone except Hindi. I want a solution please .. thank you
