I bought 4 can of cut price paint, they all went to bin. The paint was off.

I'm 78 years old, I bought 4 pots of paints, I was so happy, I got it so cheap. I open the first pot the paint was half dry same as the second and third. I just want yo know why are you selling the goods, which should be in bin.
