I booked the cylinder but it has been gone to somebody else
NX210728****369297****151, PP011209XEQAHJKJ03. As per this transaction id on 28/07/2021 i booked my gas, my hp gas agency customer number 614371 and my name is vinod. M, i paid Rs 848.51, but the gas cylinder has gone to somebody elses name called Norma Almeida and i didn't get mine, mine has not booked.This has causes loss to me, hence i request you to refund the amount back to my account. Thank you
