I been waiting for 2019 form 8812 to get finished they didnt do I paided them for I been ripped off and over charged . For forms they didnt do i didnt need . They dont fix it they wish they did.

I been cussed out. Hung up on. need a copy of my taxes or the 8812 form done like I paid for. Dont use them or believe the IRS it says free on the irs and taxact website it's a scam. User's recommendation: Dont use them you'll wish you didnt.
